PennyPing collects mobile phone numbers provided voluntarily by users to deliver automated transaction spend alerts and financial summaries. We do not sell, rent, or share personal phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
2. SMS CONSENT AND TELEMETRY USAGE
By submitting your phone number, you authorize PennyPing to send automated informational text messages related to your account activity, including debit/credit card transaction notifications, weekly spending pacing reports, and category budget summaries.
3. OPT-OUT AND ASSISTANCE
You can unsubscribe from SMS alerts at any time by texting STOP to our toll-free number or updating your notification preferences in your dashboard settings. For assistance, text HELP or contact support at support@pennyping.app.
4. 256-BIT BANK-GRADE ENCRYPTION
All transaction telemetry and user records are encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard TLS and AES-256 protocols. We only possess read-only transaction access via Plaid Link OAuth.
